The Roku CHANNEL App (NOT a device question)

Am trying to watch S1 EP 13 of ‘Last Resort’.  Says it’s “retrieving”, but progress bar goes full to the right and then nothing happens; playback never starts. Can even go to the scene views and pick one to playback; STILL won’t start. Have experienced this nowhere else on the Roku Channel, not even with any of the prior ‘Last Resort’ episodes. But Ep 13 keeps doing this.
