The Relax Channel will not play

I added The Relax Channel on my Roku. Free channel. All goes well until I try to play something. Hit play....ad plays...then goes back to screen with word "play". Endless loop. All i can view are the ads none of the content. Restarted the Roku with no change

What model device are you trying to view this content?

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?

Tried that. No, it does not clear up the issue.  Sometimes I don't even get the ad. Get a loading.... message then back to screen with "Play". 

I believe my roku model is 3900x

I am having the same issue. I have the Roku TV by TCL. Everything else loads fine the issue appears to be with the channel.

Funny thing...about 3 days after my last post it suddenly started working. AND it plays without any ads! 

Not sure what fixed it. I did the things suggested like removing channel, rebooting Roku, and re-adding. 

Glad it works...has some nice long videos.

I am having this same issue. I have the stick in black. Content plays, goes to commercials, screen then goes blank, and content never reloads. It definitely is happening with Bravo and WeTV.
