The Missing included on Amazon Prime on desktop, but on ROKU it says you need a STARZ subscription

Jump to solution

 The Missing TV series is included with Amazon Prime.  It's watchable on the desktop.  However, when I sign in to Amazon Prime Video on Roku, it says I need a STARZ subscription to watch it!  The Amazon chat guy had no idea how to approach this.  Grateful for any suggestions or explanations.

@EA20

Thanks for the post.

For more information about that channel's content and functionality, you'll want to contact Amazon Prime Video support support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

You can reach Amazon Prime Video support here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=G9SY6AQJV45JFMET

Thanks,
Danny
