Channel availability/access on Roku devices will vary from region to region. A Roku device will work in any location, however, channels may not be available on your device in that location, based on each channel provider's discretion. For more information, you'd want to contact any specific channel/service provider to inquire further about whether they offer their channel/service on the Roku platform in your region.

So, I may have insight, but not an answer on this. I also bought a Disney+ subscription through my Roku. When I tried to login from another tv, it said it did not have my email address on file. I only have one, so I had to start digging. I even receive emails from Disney+. After going back to a tv I know we are logged in on, I went to Disney+ account settings. The email showing is some nonsensical gmail account (it actually includes “disneyplus” and a string of numbers with it, which is most definitely not my account. There is an option to change it so I selected that but they want to send a code - to your email - to verify it’s you. So, for now I am stuck. I am planning on using my Roku to cancel the subscription next month when it’s time to pay the monthly fee and sign back up using my real email. Not sure how or why this rando email was generated, but that might be something to look into on roku’s end?

I asked Disney Plus Switzerland hotline. They told me two months ago it will be released soon for Switzerland. Whatever 'soon' means for them. Only Disney can open the channel for Switzerland as I know. I think we have to ask Disney again and again until they move their ...

my remote has a disney pre allocated button yet I cant get it nor can i find it in the app store 

would there be any reason why the button doesnt work and it is not in  channel app store ?

Where are you located? Disney+ isn't supported in all countries.

We have started seeing this same issue with our roku ultra over the past week or so.

Please share any tips on how to resolve this.

I doubt that it matters but in case its relevant our disney+ subscription is via the bundle with hulu and espn. It was not purchased through the roku.

One point to clarify though - For Roku LT, Disney Plus is only supported on the Roku LT model 2700.

Huh? Some pages claim that Disney Plus is unsupported on Roku LT 2700. Is this supposed to be true or false? I’m assuming false.

I’m into videotapes and old electronics stuff, including extenders, converters and analog 4:3 TV sets (which are obsolete these days), and Miss Bianca is my favorite character in Disney’s The Rescuers (1977) and its sequel, The Rescuers Down Under (1990). But there's two earlier models of Roku called LT, and they are not supported. I wish Roku would stop using the same name on drastically different players.

Okay, so you mean that the only Roku LT models that Disney+ is unsupported on are the earlier ones, right?
