Thailand TV won’t add w existing subscription

Hi!  we added the Thailand TV channel, unsubscribed and it removed the channel.

When we go to add the channel back, we get the correct option to “add channel, do not renew subscription” and when we select this option, it asks us for our Roku PIN and to resubscribe.

The 2nd screenshot (below) verifies we have a subscription until 1/16/2020.

Anyone have a similar issue perhaps with another subscription channel?  it seems specific to the Roku platform, not Thailand TV

update: what does it mean if no options are provided on a channel?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Thailand TV support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

that sounds like a great idea but I don't see any contact info for Thailand TV.

this issue aside, I don't think there is anything wrong with the channel.  it looks like the code related to managing subscriptions and channels is not working correctly.

I checked the Channel Store again and don't see an email, phone # or website:
