Tennis Channel app always crashes upon opening (see video link below) and goes back to main menu on Roku devices. ONLY happens with Tennis Channel app and Tennis Channel said cannot replicate and wonder if any Roku community users can validate if it opens ok for you with similar Roku devices? Thanks.

Have you done the standard troubleshooting procedure?
Delete the channel.
Reboot the Roku.
Give it time to fully boot up (wait 20-30 seconds after the home screen shows)
Reinstall the channel.
Wait 15-20 seconds after install so it can finish any background tasks before trying to open it.
Yes we have previously uninstalled and reinstalled the tennis channel app multiple times even restarting the roku device but always get the same problem. We even reset the roku to factory settings but again installing the tennis channel app still crashes. Tennis channel is the only app in the roku device which crashes while trying to open as all other apps work properly.

Thanks for following up and letting us know what you've done.
If removing the channel and adding it back after you've restarted the device does not resolve the channel issue, I'd recommend reaching out to the channel support directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on that channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.

Having exactly the same problem starting today with the Roku 4800x.
Uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled--Same thing's happening.
Work's fine on the web browser and older Roku 4400x in another room.

Since the Web app is different code, comparing doesn't always point to anything. However, the two Roku devices should be using the same app, so let's dig a little there.
On the Roku 4, what is the OS version/build? Settings > System > About
And what is the app version/build on that device?
On the Ultra/4800, what is the OS version/build? And what is the app version/build on that device?

After the third removal, restart, re-installation and re-signing in, the problem has vanished on the 4800x.
Both the 4800x and 4400x have Software Version 11.0.0 Build 4193 and were updated automatically on May 5 and May 12 respectively.
Both are running Tennis Channel App Version 7.3, Build 0
