The Team Body Project channel stopped working on the Roku two days ago. It times out and says "We cannot connect to the Internet." We have two Roku Premiers and a Roku TV. The channel doesn't work on any of them. I reset one of the Premiers with no success. All of the other Roku channels work fine and the Wi-Fi signal is excellent.
We can access the Team Body Project on our computers and phones; it only stopped working with the Roku.
Any suggestions how to fix this are greatly appreciated.
Hello @Cmelt1156
Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing.
In some cases, removing the channel and then re-installing it may help. To ensure the process is successful, follow the steps below making sure you restart your Roku device before adding the channel again.
If you are still experiencing the issue from one channel after attempting the suggestions above, videos from other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. There's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.
All the best,
Kariza
