I'm trying to unlock a show on TLC go. I'm not the cat in the hat. Each time I hit Watch NOW, it gives me an error message saying This content is available to viewers who receive TLC as part of their pay TV subscription..OK I'm signed in with my optimum account. What the problem? I never had this problem before. Trying to get a live chat or an email address seems to be a huge mytery as well.

In some cases, removing the channel and then re-installing it may help. To ensure the process is successful, follow the steps below making sure you restart your Roku device before adding the channel again.
If the issue persists after attempting the suggestions above, contact the channel's customer support team to report the issue and get help. Channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel developer themselves. There's might be an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer.

Same! In the TLC Go app on my Roku tv, I just signed out of my and signed back in, using my Xfinity account info. It successfully synced and yet I’m getting the same message you are. It appears to be the networks (HBO, TLC, etc) not syncing the correct data to Roku. I’ve had issues with HBO in the past and I had to wait for an update to occur on HBOs end before it started working again
