TILINGO TV PREMIUM

Me suscribi a Tilingo Tv Premiun y no puedo ver el canal, me gustaria me pudieran ayudar con esto, ya lo cancela ya que no pude verle, pero no se me hace justo el cobro ya que no lo he podido usar.

What Roku model device are you using? How did you add the channel? Did you add it through the Roku channel store online or through the Roku device itself?

Please be aware that channel availability/access on Roku devices will vary from region to region. A Roku device will work in any location, however, channels may not be available on your device in that location, based on each channel provider's discretion. For more information, you'd want to contact any specific channel/service provider to inquire further about whether they offer their channel/service on the Roku platform in your region.

Tengo exactamente el mismo problema la aplicación no funciona y ya pague. Y la aplicación solo se queda leyendo.  O carga los programas y no permite hacer absolutamente nada

Tengo exactamente el mismo problema, solo sale un circulo de colores dando vueltas. 

Mi pregunta es si no funciona, porque lo tienen ahi ...
