TILINGO PREMIUM TV

I bought a subscription for TILINGO PREMIUM TV but it is not working. Is TILINGO working at all? or how I get my money back?

I can't tell you if Tilingo works -- it's a UK service and I'm in USA.

Did you subscribe directly with Tilingo, or did you subscribe via your Roku account? Either way, whichever you subscribed through is who you should be dealing with.

I subscribed via Roku, but I haven't recieved any feedback from Roku.

It just happened to me also.. it's not working at all.. how do i get a refund?

Literally just subscribed and this doesn’t work at all. I contacted customer support and hope I’ll get my money back. So annoying. And a scam if it’s not working at all. Needs to be removed!

No, not yet. 

They told me they'll have an answer in 7 to 10 days from the date the contacted me. But it's been a month now and no answer yet.

La política de Roku dice que la ventas son finales. No hay reembolsos. Pero puedes escribir y tratar de lograr un reembolso de cortesía de parte de Roku, pero no es rápido ni garantizado.
