TCM app no longer loading

As of 4/8/21, the TCM app is no longer loading. HAve uninstalled, restarted Roku, reinstalled and NO response. Screen shows LOADING and just churns,  eventually failing. 

HELP!

App only shows splash screen and then just churns. No HOME/ WATCH LIVE/FILMS/or WATCHLIST.

Have uninstalled, rebooted Roku, reinstalled and still no luck.

RARELY it will load and then if one chooses a movie to watch (either Live or from Films) it never loads.

I suspect it is an issue on TCM side...but it has been going on for over 2 days. *began on 4/8 early in day*

We're sorry to hear that you're having this experience. 

Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

Once we have this information we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate team to investigate further.

Thank you for asking for additional information; however it appears the issues were originating from TCM and have resolved as of this writing.
