Swoop TV Status?

I did a free trial of Swoop TV on my tablet. I really want to subscribe but it is not available for ROKU which is a deal breaker for me. It is available on iOS, Android, Fire Stick and others. I read elsewhere that a ROKU channel is under development. A search here did not produce any results. Can any one comment on the status of this channel for ROKU users? Thanks.

Swoop TV will have to confirm that. With very few exceptions, Roku does not create the channels available on their players. So no way of confirming anything here.

Because it's pirated content, for which Roku has zero tolerance.

I did not know this. Surprised Amazon allows it on Fire. I figured it was too good to be true.
