Sundance channel is asking for sign in but rejects my Roku info

My Sundance channel is asking for sign in but rejects my Roku info. I’ve been watching channel since 2/21 with no issues now I’m locked out. Very, very frustrating since it’s paid for a year!!!

Please be advised that channel logins or authentication are handled directly by the channel provider/developer. We suggest reaching out to Sundance's customer support team to report the issue and for further help. They can resolve the error you are having with channel login.
