Suddenly unable to access A&E; Lifetime

Roku 3 now cannot access A&E and Lifetime streaming channels. When I click on channel icon, I get to a splash screen and then immediately back to channel list. No login option, no activate option. I rebooted router and Roku device twice, no difference. I even deleted the channels and re-installed, no difference. Other channels (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, CBS) all fine. Have not changed my cable plan. I'm with Spectrum. What's up? How to fix?

When uninstalled did you restart your Roku before re-installing?   Thus step is necessary to be sure there are no vestiges of the old installation still hanging around in memory.
