Subscription has not updated to active even tho its been paid for

I bought a Peacock subscription and my bank card was charged but I still have not received  my subscription to benefits. How do I get it to update or otherwise contact customer service for a refund?

Did you purchase it through Roku?  Does it show up at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions ?

If you purchased it through Roku it will only work on a Roku device.  If you purchased it directly through NBC then you'll have to sign in on your Roku.

@Sp3299sp3299, are you subscribed directly with MLB?  If so, you'll have to contact them.  If you're subscribed through Roku (you can check your Roku subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions ) then contact support at https://support.roku.com/contactus .

One thing to try if you haven't already is to remove the channel by highlighting it on the Home Screen and pressing * to get the "Remove channel" option (if the option isn't there and instead is replaced with "Manage subscription" then you're subscribed through Roku).  If you get the "Remove channel" option, select it, restart your Roku from Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (don't skip this step), and add the channel again from Streaming Channels.  You'll have to log in again.
