Subscription costs?

Since I can’t find a way to contact support, i will check with the channel.  I received an email offering great pricing on some premium channels.  The offer includes an introductory fee but it does not say 1) how long the introductory period is or 2) how much it is after the introductory period has ended. 

How can I find this information?
