Our Roku was working fine. We have active subscriptions to Netflix and to YouTube TV. This morning all the other streaming channels work, but Netflix and YouTube TV only stay on the square and do not open, We have tried removing and then re-installing the apps, but they still don't open. Suggestions?
Have to ask this question: when you uninstalled, did you reboot the Roku before reinstalling? That is a mandatory step when removing a channel.
