Subscription Impact Plus

I bought a subscription to Impact Plus. I can see it in My subscriptions and it is active. I go to the Roku TV device, which is under my account. When I try to see the Impact Plus channel, it asks me for username and password. I logged in successfully what it still does not let me see anything. 

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Where are you located?  Impact Plus has some geographical restrictions due to contracts with distributors in some parts of the world.  See the FAQ on the Impact Plus website.
