Superman III and IV, hit Play, get a black screen for a few seconds, then returns without playing movie.

Does the issue only occur on specific content within The Roku Channel? Have you checked other shows if the same problem occurs? Please provide us as well the troubleshooting you've tried so we know what steps we should take next.

Roku Channel. Superman I and II and Superman Returns play fine. III and IV do not play.

Could you try to remove The Roku Channel and then reinstall it? To ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.

Had to power cycle both the router and Roku to get SIII to play. Thanks for the help.
