Stop Asking for Reentering my TVYouTube Subscription ID every two weeks!

I keep getting asked to reenter my TVYouTub Subcription every two weeks or so (usually on Sunday). I do not get this on my Apple TV on another TV. So my bet is that it is a RUKU problem. Why is this happening? id understand if I did not have a paid TV YouTube subscription - BUT I DO!  

This is a pain as the last time it took me an hour to find the path to get it entered RUKU password to the TV YouTube website. I finally realizes the TV YouTube site will NOT take instructions from my MacBook (apple) and had to be done on my Microsoft computer!! (That is crazy too!!)

Why the repeated Password Entry needed????
