Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
I don't have Starz so I can't give a definitive solution.
Within the Starz app see if you can find a Settings/Options/Account or something similar option that lets you sign or log into your account.
I've also seen some apps that don't give you the option to sign in until you have clicked on a program to watch.
