Starz app on Roku 4K streaming stick has sound problems

Hello,

I am subscribed to Starz and have been using the Starz app on the Roku (4k streaming stick) for about a year or more. We had no issues with it until a couple of months ago. All of a sudden, certain movies on the app have distorted sound (so loud that you cannot hear any dialogue... it's just a garbled up mess). Not all movies have the sound problems and some play without issues. However, a large number of them do and they are unwatchable due to it.

I have deleted the app numerous times and rebooted the Roku numerous times and reinstalled it, but nothing has helped. The movies with distorted sound work just fine on the TV and phone apps I have and through their website. The only issue is the Roku app.

Any help would be appreciated. If I should contact Starz about this, I will do so.
