Star Trek streaming issue

We are trying to watch Star Trek Discovery Season 3 episode 2.  We continue to have issues with sound not matching video, at times no sound, and at times no picture but sound only.  No other program or channel has these issues. We tried restarting the episode several times.

You havent stated:  Model #, firmware version, firmware audio settings, app used, connection configuration
