I cant do anymore factory resets, setting up all my apps over again is so annoying...lol

I have friends with the same 55" TV (that they did NOT buy from Walmart), and its working fine for them.
Seems like Roku and Spotify are both unconcerned with fixing this problem.
Not yet. Still having the same problem, even after performing a system update every so often. Agreed, neither company wants to take responsibility for the bug or the initiative to fix it. I will post an update if I ever get it to work.
Mine still doesn’t work, and it’s made me gun shy on both TCL and roku. The last tv I got is android based. While I don’t like the interface as much, it doesn’t have any issues like this.
