This is less of a question, and more of an advisory of let down. Roku has been my preferred all in one media device for several years. I recently bought an LG 4K smart tv, and was very disappointed to find that I could not access my tv providing service through it. No big deal, I thought, I can still use the Roku. Wrong. And I get it. I don't know all of the inner workings of your contact with Spectrum, it's just a "salt in the wound" type situation. I hope terms can be agreed upon soon. Best wishes. -Tana
