I called Spectrum & it was an area wide outage for the app on all streaming devices.  Ours just came back on.

Been out since at least this morning. Still not working for me in southwest Michigan. Called Spectrum and heard the same recording as many others indicating outage and they are working on it.

Mine went down again about 30 minutes ago. Again I called spectrum and they started experiencing problems again. It might be a long night for all of us. 😥

mine is out, only on roku tv. getting RGE-1001 code. on roku stick, the spectrum ap is working fine

i am having the same issues.  My app opens but I only get a few channels.  I have 2 ROKUs 1 is working just fine.  I called spectrum and they can't help me.  is there a way to delete the app and reinstall it.  I was thinking this might help.

Hi,

Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.

Try removing the Spectrum channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the Spectrum channel back once more. Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?
