Spectrum app on Roku Ultra requires firewall on Spectrum router to be turned off?
Has anyone else found that the Spectrum app just causes the Roku Ultra to reboot itself unless you have the firewall on your Spectrum router turned off? Or, more importantly, has anyone found a fix/workaround for this? Spectrum's "support" advice was to leave the firewall off. I don't consider that an acceptable solution. No one at Spectrum support could tell me what the app is trying to do (protocol/port/etc.) so that I could simply allow the traffic with the firewall turned on.
