Spectrum app issue

Hello everyone!

New to the forum so please take it easy on me Smiley Happy

I just purchased my Ultra and I am trying to install the spectrum app and there is no option to sign in. All I see if the $21.99 price they want me to buy.

Am I installing th wrong app? I hope I put this into the right forum.

After you open the app, look at the bottom of the pricing screen, if you see a BACK button click that by pressing the OK button on your Roku remote and see if it takes you to the sign in screen.

I use Spectrum internet service and I believe you have to have a spectrum modem to get the free service over the internet. They ID the modem and let you in for free. If it is not a Spectrum modem then they can not ID it. I do not know how it works if you are using different internet provider. Otherwise look around for the logon screen.
