I use Spectrum internet service and I believe you have to have a spectrum modem to get the free service over the internet. They ID the modem and let you in for free. If it is not a Spectrum modem then they can not ID it. I do not know how it works if you are using different internet provider. Otherwise look around for the logon screen.
