I’m trying to download the spectrum TV app but it’s showing it’s not available or can’t find it. I had the app on the ONN Roku tv already but was telling me to delete it and reinstall since it could not load it. Anybody know who I can contact or what I should do. Iv tried so many things and nothing works.
Spectrum and Roku are having some sort of dispute. Roku is preventing its users from downloading the Spectrum app. It really stinks for those of us who bought a Roku device so that we could use the spectrum app. Roku does not seem to be talking about this at all so I'm guessing they want to get more from Spectrum in a new contract.
Has anyone had any luck getting any sort of recourse from Roku? After the Peacock, HBO Max, and now Spectrum TV dispute I am becoming very frustrated. I have loved my Roku products for years but they are rendered useless if I cannot use it to watch content I am paying for - especially Spectrum which is how I access live TV. I have contacted customer support a couple times but have just received the standard answers about how they are working to resolve the issue. They also blamed the app providers.
