Disappointed to see Spectrum Cable no longer in the channel store. For many of us that did not get a legit notification I had no idea if we uninstalled it we'd never get it back. After years of grooming users to uninstall apps and reinstall them to fix performance issues I thought this was a cheap thing to do to your community.
My household has six roku's and this is a deal breaker for me. I'll be going the Firestick route now and I just wanted to let you know I thought you folks are handling this little fee dispute in a very disrespectful way to your users. With your YOY earnings up in the 80% range you still had to get greedy with Spectrum and left people that have been with you for 10 years in the lurch. Thanks guys!
Yeah, a pretty **bleep** thing to do. Both of them greedy as **bleep** and put that almighty $ ahead of the people who created their wealth. Not cool.
I have notified everyone in my area about this BS spat, now everyone has a Roku or Roku TV for sale. Literally 1000's of them. A lot of people dropping Spectrum as well. These 2 companies should be ashamed of themselves for this **bleep**. Hope both companies go under. What they have done is no better than big tech taking advantage of the people who helped make them what they are today. To many stupid games.
Fire stick does not have spectrum app either. They never had it. No other cable available in m my area other than satellite.@Bakerhaub04 that’s why we had gotten into roku tv/sticks. Silly@zzBillionaires!
