The Spectrum app works fine if I use it on my iPhone and cast to TV. If I use the Roku+ stick on either of my 2 Vizio tvs the app will sometimes drop the last half of a recorded TV show. The apps are both updated.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for the post.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted.
Thanks,
Danny
Hi Danny,
The error is back on both my Roku+ sticks. Spectrum app works fine on my iPhone and on my AppleTV box. The problem occurs at the same time on both my sticks.
Any more suggestions?
Thanks,
Jim

The problem persists. About half way through a recorded show the replay will start over and not move the time marker so that at the end of the recorded time we've only seem half the show. I can tell it's going to happen when the time marker shows hour & minutes instead of minutes & seconds. It still happens on both Roku+ sticks but not on Apple devices.
Any help?
Jim
Thanks for the update.
If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Spectrum directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Spectrum channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
You can reach them here: https://www.spectrum.net/support/
