Our Roku sticks have stopped showing our premium channels. I have checked our build numbers on the roku and spectrum app. I have logged out of spectrum and back in. I have uninstalled the spectrum app and reloaded, etc. The premiums show up just fine on the Cable box and on my spectrum app on my phone. Only Roku is having this issue of not showing the premium channels we pay for (HBO, SHO). Any suggestions to fix this problem?
When removing/reinstalling, did you restart your Roku between uninstalling and reinstalling? This will make sure there is nothing hanging around in memory from the original installation so that everything for the channel gets reinstalled. It may not make a difference, depending on the exact nature of your problem, but it's worth trying.
