For 2-3 weeks now, I've had this issue and it's happening more and more frequently. It's always while I'm in my Spectrum Cable app watching regular/live t.v. I ran a manual update 1-2 days ago and it's still doing it. I have a ROKU t.v., so I dont know if it's the t.c. or ROKU, but I think it's ROKU. Software version 9.2.0.
#8106x #tcl49S305.
Thanks for the inquiry.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Spectrum directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Spectrum channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.

Spectrum app crashes on 9.3, works fine on 9.2, now I can't revert back to 9.2, check it , it crashes after a few minutes, you need to work with charter/spectrum and fix it, I've removed it and re installed it and does the same thing, works just fine on Android phones, it's a 9.3 issue, try it, it will break, it worked just fine on 9.2
Thanks for the post.
Please make sure when removing the channel, that you restart your device before adding the channel back again.
Please keep us posted.
Thanks,
Danny
Did that, and have done lots of testing, Spectrum app just stops after a few minutes and goes back to the home screen, does it on 9.3, 9.2 is fine but not able to force it back now via the secret menu
