Some selections play with no picture. Particularly YouTubeTV
We have 2 new Ultras. Each one has the issue of showing no video with the playback of a selected movie. We thought it was just a YouTubeTV playback issue, but now it does it with some Netflix selections. With the YouTube issue, the commercial that preceeds the show plays fine, then the move goes to start, we get the little streaming circle for a couple of seconds, then the movie starts with audio only and a blank screen. We have changed the hdmi cable, switched tv's and Ultra devices, but still the same issue. Our original ROKU devices work fine.
