I can use Netflix, Hulu, HBO, CBSNEWS, Amazon etc with no problem.
Trying to use Oxygen, E! Or POPTV and I encounter all kinds of issues.
currently, I’m trying to watch a show on E! And I keep getting a grey screen that says “no connection. Connect to the Internet now” then gives me two options: “exit to set up” or “I’ll set it up later”
but I can hear the program playing in the background.
then, it takes forever to exit out of the program to get to the Roku home screen just to go through the entire thing all over.
I’ve re-booted the router. The Roku. Checked for updates... etc.
seems like the Roku just doesn’t get along with these channels?
Thanks for the post.
What Roku model device are you trying to watch the channels on?
Have you tried removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted.
Thanks,
Danny
We are having the same issue. Some channels say there is no internet connection while other work fine. Went to try to remove the none working channels and reinstall them, but it comes up as no connection so I can not even remove them.
Roku Premier. Did the updates, reboots and restarts. Still some channels working and other say no internet connection. Can not remove the channels that are not working and reinstall them due to them showing no connection.
Thanks for the posts.
Have you tried performing a factory reset on your Roku device to see if that resolves the issue?

Please keep us posted what you find out.
