Some Streaming Channels dont play at all

Several channels with video content within them to choose from will say that they are "loading" when selected, but then never play.   Eventually they time out and go back to the main menu of the channel.  Seems like a system problem rather than something on my end.  Has anyone experienced this problem?

Thanks for the inquiry.

What specific channels are you experiencing this issue with?

Try removing the channels from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channels back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?
