The ROKU app (game) called "Solitaire Royal" doesn't load anymore, on any of my devices. I tried them all. Did all the resets, uninstalls, On/Off etc. Nothing works.
When a ROKU app is no longer available or discontinued, are you stuck not knowing forever? Does ROKU have an app or menu built-in to tell you what channels are working, being updated or scheduled to be updated or discontinued, or even what has been updated in the recent past? Is there no ROKU bulletin board in the main menu to keep the user updated on these things? They make sure you are updated with what's new and what you can buy or subscribe to every day. It shouldn't be that hard.
One more question: Why does a ROKU app list how many ratings, but not how many are good or bad. For all I know an app can have 1,000 ratings... all bad ratings. Maybe all good ratings. Who knows?
Can you please provide us the following information: -Roku device model -serial number -device ID -software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About) -what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
Once we have this information we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate team for further investigation.
