So many channels not working

We got our Roku yesterday and have loaded many Persian and Turkish Channels which a lot don’t load or work.

how can we fix this issue?

Make sure everything is updated.

Settings/System/system update and then System restart

For those Channel i would recommend lowering your resolution to 720p.

Settings/Display type>> 720p

Good Luck

Some channels are sometimes not maintained well.

You should try to contact them directly on the web

and see if they seem on the ball.

Well there's a bunch of Channels that do work.

Well if you want you could try a Factory reset. But youd need to do setup again a bit.

Settings/System/ Advanced System Settings/Factory reset>>

Do some of those Channels work?

What are the channels?  Possibly they're not working in general. Channels are similar to websites & independently run, not run or operated by Roku. Anyway one of us could test them out on our devices.
