Smithsonian Channel Plus

I have several TV's with ROKU boxes (devices) and they all came with the free Smithsonian Channel LITE.

Recently I purchased the Smithsonian Channel subscription trial offer.

Once I did that I found that they also offered Smithsonian Channel PLUS for the same price.

I cancelled the regular Smithsonian Channel and purchased the PLUS version.

All of my TV's with the ROKU device show the new icon, Smithsonian Channel PLUS.

BUT...I have one real ROKU TV and that one won't load the PLUS version.

In fact, when I try to open that channel it wants me to cancel the old version and upgrade to plus.

As I said, I already did this.

My question, why do the ROKU devices show PLUS but the real ROKU TV won't?

Thanks for the inquiry.

Have you manually tried to update your Roku TV? You can do this by going to Settings > System > System update and selecting Check now.

Also, when accessing the Smithsonian Channel through your Roku TV, have you tried to going the Account settings and signing into your Smithsonian Channel Plus account?
