- What model of Roku device are you using? - What content are you recording and trying to play back when you encounter the issue? - Have you tried rebooting both your Roku device and your router? - Alternately, have you tried the following: 1) removing the channel from the Roku Home screen, 2) restarting your Roku device, then 3) reinstalling the channel and signing in again?
