that is not helpful as i have talked to both roku and sling over the past two days ! both blaming each other- i have not had service for 4 days now and I do not know where else to go because i cannot even talk to a live person- very unhappy would appreciate a resolution - might just invest in apple !

Sling works on other devices in my home. It is only on Roku that Sling does not work. Have tried all troubleshooting steps no no resolution. Will be returning Roku and telling all my friends to stay away from this product.
Roku stop blaming sling this is clearly a roku issue! When sling works on all other devices except yours how is that a sling issue?? That makes absolutely no sense! Will be returning your device you just lost a customer of over 3 years for your blatant dishonesty and shifting of blame.
I was using a Roku three and had no issues with sling. I upgraded to a Roku ultra and now I have the same error message! Has this been resolved? I can uninstall and then reinstall the app and then it works but obviously that is very cumbersome.

If you encounter an issue within a channel that isn't occurring in every other channel on your device, you'll want to contact the channel provider directly to report the issue and request additional support.
