@Susans001

Thanks for the post.

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing?

In addition, can you please provide us with the following information:

-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

With more information we will be able to assist you further.

Thanks,
Danny

Re: Sling does not load

You may want to check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP).  Its my understanding that most ISP's provide a dynamic IP address to their customers.  That means you may have a different IP address every time you sign in to your computer.  I had the same problem until my Internet Service Provider changed my internet service from a dynamic IP address to a fixed IP address.  In my case - and for some inexplicable reason - when Sling looked at my dynamic IP address, it incorrectly detected the IP address was from outside the United States!  I never got an explanation for that, but when my internet service provider changed my IP address to a fixed IP, the problem was solved.  In my case, there was no additional charge.  Hope this helps.
