Sling Membership

I signed onto my Roku account and signed up for Sling Blue membership. It sent me an email and I did the complete activation. When I turn on the tv (it is a Roku tv), and click the 'Sling' button it goes into the page but then just freezes when it says, "Sling". When I login to my Sling account on my laptop, it works just fine. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the channel on the tv but still, no luck. When I login to my Roku account on my laptop and click 'My Subscriptions' it says I have none. When I click to add subscriptions, Sling no longer shows up as an option to add. Any recommendations?

Thanks for the inquiry.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. 

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Sling support directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Sling channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
