Sling Channel necessity

Is sling a necessity to make Roku work or can I downsize?

Sling isn't needed to make Roku work.  Sling is just an App that steams a certain set of channels you can watch.  You can drop sling and just use other apps (free or pay).  You just get what you pay for.  Does that help?

Sling isn't needed to make Roku work.  Sling is just an App that steams a certain set of channels you can watch.  You can drop sling and just use other apps (free or pay).  You just get what you pay for.  Does that help?

Thank you !! Now I can save myself $50+ a month by not paying for channels we don't watch. YAY!!!!
