I'm in Canada, Sky news is part of my Roku lineup, I can access all of the pre recorded clips available but I am being prevented from connecting to their live broadcast *Live TV News*, every time I try to do so an error message * please check your internet connection, if you continue to have problems contact us*...
anyone have an idea as to what is getting in the way?
Does the issue only occur within a specific channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device?
If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
if you were to install & go into that station you (if you experience the same issue I am) will be able to view the pre recorded videos that there on on hand, but if one selects the *live* news broadcast one cannot connect due to what is displayed as an internet error.
