Hi,
Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.
After you remove the channel, make sure to restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?
Thanks,
Danny

Thank you very much for this simple fix! When in doubt, restart.
Also had this same issue. Tried the advice given and it did NOT work. Very frustrating!!! Any help?
I also continue to have to login error after restarting my roku stick+.
This does not work. I've successfully reset my password but Roku does not recognize it. I've tried removing the app an restarting; that does not work either. I'm sick and tired of re-inputting my logon and password as the interface is super tedious. Now what?

For more information about that channel's authentication and functionality, you'll want to contact Sirius XM support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

I solved this issue by setting up my online streaming login/password on the SiriusXM website, again. I had already done this, and had been streaming online for months...but just went through the sign-up process again, and used the same username and password I had used previously. Doesn't make sense, but it worked. Immediately after doing this, the Roku channel login was successful, and streaming began functioning correctly.
