Since 9.3 update unable to launch Netflix

Jump to solution

Since update of 9.3 Netflix will not launch on both my Roku players 4630X and 4400X. All other streaming channels have been running as normal.  Last able to launch date was 5/4/2020.

I don't have 9.3 yet, so I can't speak from experience. I'd suggest you try to reinstall the channels that won't load. 3 step process:
1 - remove channel
2 - restart Roku to clear everything out of memory
3 - reinstall channel
If the channel requires you to sign in you'll need to sign in again.

I have this very same problem with my TCL roku TV.  Since 5/4/20 I cannot launch Netflix or YouTube.  All other channels work fine.

Same issue. No Netflix since update on 5/5/2020. Tried suggestions--- restart Roku. Check input and wifi.

Nothing.

I was able to solve the problem on my TCL roku TV where neither the Netflix or YouTube apps would launch but other apps worked fine.  There is a System Restart option in the System menu.  I did this and the apps started to work again.  It was not necessary to delete the apps and then reload them again.

We had exactly this issue this week on our Roku Express; tried every combination of reset/restart/re-install/re-connect except this one... Finally found this post and it's now working again!

thank you!  This fixed my problem, although I did have to add the channel and sign back into the Netflix app!
