Try removing The Roku Channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then, go to Settings>System>Power>System restart and restart your TV. Once it loads up again, then visit 'Streaming channels' to locate The Roku Channel and add it back to your TV once more.
- Does this resolve the issue you are seeing?
- Does this only occur on one specific movie or TV show inside The Roku Channel?
- Are you using any audio/video receiver or soundbar with your TV for audio output?
