issues

I have 2 other roku sticks but the one I just bought is Roku Express HD Streaming Media Player 2019. The issue is every week I have to re sign into all my accounts the other 2 roku devices I don't have to do that, once I'm signed in I stay signed in. Any way to solve this issue?
