Shutterfly tells me no photos

I have a Shutterfly account  with Thousands of pictures. When I go into the Roku app, it tells me “you do not have any photos in your Shutterfly account. Go to Shutterfly.com to add photos to your Shutterfly account”. How do I get my photos to show in the app?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Shutterfly support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
